DELIVERY INFORMATION
Delivery Lead Times
The safes and associated security storage products provided by Online Safes have despatch lead times that vary according to the brand, product, quantity required and the delivery option. Approximate delivery times are shown for each individual product, but on average most orders are despatched in 1 to 10 business days, but always check each product individually on our store or contact us before ordering to avoid any disappointment.
Delivery Cost
All prices shown online include delivery if your basket value is £50 or more to any address on the GB mainland. The only exception is for some of the Eurograde class 5 and 6 safes, because their weight exceeds 1000kg and therefore a survey will be required to ascertain the level of difficulty and the cost of delivery.. If you require delivery elsewhere in the UK such as Northern Ireland or any island including the Isle of Wight please contact our customer service department for a quotation and delivery lead time. We can also deliver and position plus bolt down a safe at an extra cost. To enable us to offer an efficient service, which also complies with current best practice of Health and Safety we will require delivery questionnaire completed by the customer before a installation is agreed,
Our definition of Delivery is as follows:
Delivery of most products with a weight of less than 25kg are shipped within 24 hours for a 1-2 day delivery by parcel courier while heavier items normally take 3-10 business days.
Safes and cabinets weighing in excess of 25kg are delivered to your nearest accessible entrance unless stated on our website - the offloading of the order and movement into your building is the customers responsibility. We only offer this service in order to keep our prices as low and as competitive as possible.
If a full installation service is required, which includes off loading, positioning and fixing within your building, removing packaging materials please contact us before ordering to gain a full quotation unless theis is offerred as an option near the "Buy Now" buuton..
Alternative Delivery Address
You can opt to have your purchases delivered to an address other than the payment card billing address. Simply click "Add New Address" at the Delivery stage of Checkout and then select your alternative address.
